Managing the Performance Gap - BEMs and Efficiency

How efficient are your projects? How can you maximise performance and minimise carbon footprints? Are you making the most of your building management systems?

Join CEEC with Neil Fright and Rob Diamond on 5th July for a look at the performance gap in smart buildings, and how to operate low carbon efficient buildings. The pair will look at current methods for assessing the design and construction of green buildings.

Rob Diamond - Ingleton Wood

Rob Diamond is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist and a Fellow of the CIBSE and Fellow of the Energy Institute.  He has specialised in sustainable buildings for the last 25 years, and has won a number of national awards for his work.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Engineering Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University, and an MSc in Energy Engineering from Southbank University. Recently he completed an MA in Environmental Sciences and Humanities from the UEA, graduating with a Merit with specialisations in energy and sustainable cities.  Rob did this MA in his own time to continue his passion for a more interdisciplinary approach to sustainable buildings.  He runs Ingleton Wood’s Colchester sustainability team and is a Senior Associate for the Practice since 2004 (studying part-time to achieve both Masters qualifications).
