Welcome to Essex’s Generation For Change (G4C) group. Established in 2025, to complement the success of the main Constructing Excellence Essex Club,G4Care the young professional voice of the UK built environment industry. A place to connect, challenge and help shape the future of the industry. Aimed at people with roughly 10 years or less experience in the sector, G4C provides a unique environment. Within G4C, those who are relatively new to industry can find camaraderie, share ideas and to use the network as a platform for getting their voices heard in industry. | Our Chair in Essex: Courtenay Austin, Horizon Construction Courtenay has worked for Horizon Construction for 7 years , starting as an Administration Assistant, and has gone from strength to strength since, and now works closely with the directors focusing on business management, leads, and marketing. She oversees the delivery of Horizon's key operation procedures and accreditations such as ISO, CHAS and Construction Line, to name a few. After winning the 2025G4CEssex awards at Braxted Park, Courtenay went on to reach the national finalists in London earlier this year. We’re delighted she’s agreed to chair ourG4Cgroup. |
