Speakers Stephen Nixon of Nixon Architecture, Simon Gill of Munro and Mark Bailey of Barnes Construction will present their experience of Passivhaus design & construction projects.
Get an introduction to the concept, history and assessment procedure of a Passivhaus scheme. The team will also take a look at the comparison of passivhaus performance to UK Building Regulations, accompanied by the real life experiences of a contractor working on a project.

Mark Bailey - Divisional Director with Barnes Construction. Mark is responsible for the delivery side of the business. Mark will give a Contractors viewpoint of constructing 28 alms-houses for the Girton Town Charity to Passivhaus certification, including the challenges encountered along the way.
