Join Constructing Excellence Essex Club for a leisurely 5k run after work! 

 The route is a 5k loop around Chelmsford, run at a comfortable, conversational pace. Whether you're a regular runner or just looking to get some steps in, everyone is welcome.

Led by Andrew Croft of Beale & Co and Sam Bawden of Holmes & Hills, once everyone has finished, you're welcome to stay for some well-earned cold pints. We hope you can join us!
